Terms of Service

By accessing and using ADYNATO's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

ADYNATO provides software development services including:

• Custom web and mobile application development
• API and backend system development
• UI/UX design services
• Technical consulting and architecture reviews
• AI and machine learning integration

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Consultation fees are due upon completion of consultation
• Project payments are typically structured in milestones
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in project agreements

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code developed specifically for their project. ADYNATO retains rights to:

• General methodologies, know-how, and techniques
• Reusable components and frameworks developed by ADYNATO
• Third-party libraries and open-source components

ADYNATO provides services "as is" and makes no warranties beyond those in specific project agreements. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party service failures or security breaches
• Damages exceeding the total project fee

ADYNATO maintains strict confidentiality of client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information except as required by law or with explicit client consent.

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of work completed through the termination date.
